    Hi, Jay.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Everytime this year, I pull out my pirated copy of your Mother’s beautiful songs (RIP Napster). It’s the season of “thanks”. I have much to be thankful for.

My favorite song is “We’re Blest” and although there aren’t many Thanksgiving songs out there, “We’re Blest” is one that I consider to be a Thanksgiving favorite. You’re mom was something special! I was thrilled I got to see her and talk to her in person the two times she was in Arizona (Goodyear Swapmeet). She was so kind and sweet…not to mention tiny!

Thanks for all that you do. I follow you on Facebook. You’re message is so simple…it’s a message of love and acceptance! I’m 33 years old and I understand you spent some time here out in Phoenix in the 90′s. I wish we could’ve hung out during those times! I was busy playing keyboards for the youth services at our Catholic church, which I’m no longer affiliated with. Anyway, thanks for the work that you do. I may or may not have a huge crush on you…but that’s a different story! LOL!

Truly, thanks for you being YOU! You are making a huge difference in this world and I wish that there were a million more Jay Bakkers out there doing the fabulous work of God. God loves. Two simple but true and pure words.

    Bless you, homie cheez!

    Regards,

    Daniel Lopez

I first heard the message of Christ when I was living in New York. One morning I was all depressed and sick at home, shifting channels I heard a lady singing “You can make it”… I was mesmerized. Before I Knew I was in the floor of my apartment acepting Jesus as my savior.
Of course, the lady was your mom. To this day (Im back living in Puerto Rico) the love and gratitude I feel in my heart for all the Bakkers remains unchanged.
For a time I was a Theology professor at Victory Outreach, Puerto Rico but there were many questions inside myself. I THANK GOD FOR YOUR MESSAGE OF GRACE. THATS THE JESUS I KNOW IN MY HEART. HERE, IN THE CARIBBEAN, THERE IS AT LEAST ONE BROTHER PRAYING FOR YOU AND YOUR MINISTRY. GOD BLESS

Jay, What an amazing young man you are. Speaking the message of love and acceptance in a world (and church, for the most part) that lives for itself and doesn’t espouse the love (and acceptance) walk. Truly am grateful for the voices today speaking the ‘greatest of these is love’. Watched you grow from darling little boy on PTL. Found PTL through your mom and received Christ while watching your dad speak. I may have posted this to you previously, but I laughingly (but seriously) say that I want my ‘mansion’ next door to TammyFaye when we all get to Glory! Love your precious family, always have, always will. Will be checking in on your site to stay caught up on you. You are in my heart (truly) and in my prayers(for real). God bless you dear one, He is pleased.
